Warranty:
All SwingSeat.com chairs are warranted by their manufacturer against defects for a period of 5 years from date customer takes delivery of the chair. If any SwingSeat chair is not functioning properly as a result of a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced through one of the following methods:
1. Customer should contact us for a return authorization number and then return the chair as instructed for repairs or replacement. The chair will then be repaired and returned to the customer (24-48 hour repair turn-around time).
2. For simple or minor repairs that could be performed by a customer, we would be happy to ship the necessary parts and instructions so that the customer can perform the repair or part replacement (and save the time and cost of shipping the chair to us).
*Delivery and Shipping:
We ship our chairs in new condition and assume they reach you in the same condition. Please inspect the shipping container and the chair for signs of possible transportation damage upon receipt. If any damage is found, notify us as soon as possible at 1-800-790-1509 or use the form (below). We will send a replacement chair immediately and will arrange for the return of the damaged chair.
**Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return to us within 30 days of original delivery and we will refund the purchase price (including original shipping expense) on chairs received in undamaged condition (normal use expected). Customer should contact us for return information and we will provide simple instructions on how and where to return the chair. Although not a requirement, we strongly recommend using the original shipping container to reduce exposure to shipping errors.
Please Note:
1.) Full refund allowance is applicable to individual orders... refund policies on multiple-chair, corporate or highly discounted sales may differ - contact us for that information.
2.) Policies apply to SwingSeat chairs purchased and shipped to destinations within the contiguous 48 U.S. States only. For purchases and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada please contact us first to determine shipping costs and revised return policy.
2.) Applicable to chairs purchased thru SwingSeat.com. Other independent and discount resellers may apply different policies. If purchasing from other dealers, please ask them prior to purchase as to their specific policies.
*Privacy Policy:
We will not sell, disclose or transfer any of your private information to anyone or any organization outside our company except as required by law. For your protection, we retain only the last 4 digits of a credit card number 30 days after a transaction is completed.
*Shipping Costs:
$49 per chair via UPS ground within contiguous 48 US States.
